COVID-19大規模感染後，各地政府實施了新的控制措施以遏止病毒傳播。冠狀病毒從中國邊境抵達，香港成為全球COVID-19爆發的前線。與其他東亞國家相比，這場大傳染病如何重新整合香港的政治和社會？本論壇的講者曾比較香港、台灣、中國和新加坡的公共衛生危機，亦曾在歷史或當代的區域聯系之中觀察上述地區的公共衛生。
